Special reasons for wishing to serve on the Board or Commission:
My wife and daughter especially are riders and have been involved in 3 day eventing for the
fast 20 years. We were aware of and have supported the WA State Horse Park from the start.
I have been a successful founder of a number of businesses and this is a wayto give
somethina back to the community where I I ve- in a wav where i can see the results.

Commission: Over past 40 years I have been President VP of Sales and Marketing, and VP of
Business Development for several successful companies that has given me varied experience_
evaluating new ideas and concepts that should be applicable to considering Lodging Tax grant
