ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract 2018-2020.
BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this Contract is to define the parties’ joint and cooperative relationship. The
contract and all statements of work adopted under its provisions are intended to implement
applicable objectives under the Public Health Improvement Plan and to facilitate the delivery of
public health services to the people in Washington State. This Contract is the result of
cooperative planning efforts between Kittitas County Public Health and DOH.

Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 10, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 12, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator
on the Consolidated Contract 2018-2020.
