AGENDA DATE: February 20, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Amend the Dates Contained within Section 13
of the Contract between the County and the Ellensburg
Rodeo Board.
BACKGROUND: Ellensburg Rodeo Board and Kittitas Valley Event Center
are in Agreement to move the dates forward in Section 13
of the Contract between the County and the Ellensburg
Rodeo, which will allow both parties adequate time to get
the work done on an annual basis & completed in time for
both events.
INTERACTION: Commissioner Jewell worked with the Rodeo Board, Event
Center Director Jill Scheffer and Deputy Prosecutor Neil
Caulkins on the proposed Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Amendment & Resolution as presented
HANDLING: 1- Original Clerk
1- Original Rodeo Board
1-Copy to Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager/Jill
Scheffer, Event Center Director
