A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE RODEO CONTRACT
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and the Ellensburg Rodeo Association (the parties) entered into a
Contract on ___________________; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend said contract as reflected in the attached contract amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners Chairman is authorized to execute the attached
contract amendment with the Ellensburg Rodeo Association.
