A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE RODEO CONTRACT
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and the Ellensburg Rodeo Association (the parties) entered into a
contract on ___________________; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend said contract as reflected in the attached contract
amendment.
Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved:
The BOCC Chairman is authorized to execute the attached contract amendment with the
Ellensburg Rodeo Association.
