ACTION REQUESTED:
Sign updated agreement
BACKGROUND:
Kittitas County has had a Professional Services Agreement with Friends of the KC Fair Foundation for
years. The parties have operated under the terms of an expired agreement. Friends believes we should
update that contract to make the agreement renewable without action, but subject to review and termination.
INTERACTION:
Friends has performed services for the County for years, findings sponsorships, and raising and spending
well over $100,000 on improvements for the Kittitas County Event Center operations and in support of the
Kittitas County Fair.
RECOMMENDATION:
Sign agreement

Sign agreement, file, provide signed copy to friends
