AGENDA DATE: March 6, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of Resolution Upholding Appeal of Determination that the
Thunder Ridge Plat had Expired (LP-07-00023)
BACKGROUND: On February 20, 2018, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners upheld an appeal
of the CDS Director’s determination that the Thunder Ridge plat had expired,
remanded the plat to CDS for processing, and directed staff to prepare enabling
documents. The attached resolution provides the document to enable and finalize this
decision.
INTERACTION: CDS, Board of County Commissioners
ATTACHMENTS: Proposed resolution upholding the appeal of the CDS Director’s determination and
remanding the plat to CDS for processing.

RECOMMENDATION: CDS Director recommends the Board of County Commissioners sign the resolution.
