ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve DSHS General Terms and Conditions
BACKGROUND:
The Washington Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) general terms and conditions agreement
is due for renewal by July 1, 2017. This agreement is being used statewide, and have been evaluated by all
Washington state prosecuting attorneys, including lead staff, where the majority of comments from the
prosecutors have been accepted by DSHS and incorporated into the agreement.
INTERACTION:
The prosecutor's office has reviewed the agreement and participated in the draft comment process. The
agreement is approved as to form.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the agreement.

Please forward a fully executed copy to Stephanie Hartung in the Prosecutor's office.
