KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: March 21, 2017 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Appointment Deborah A. Boudreau to the County Behavioral <br />Health & Recovery Advisory Board (BHRAB). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: An application was received on January 23, 2017 from Deborah <br />Boudreau and routed for consideration by members of the <br />Behavioral Health & Recovery Advisory Board (formerly <br />Alcohol/Substance Abuse Program Board). <br /> <br />INTERACTION: BHRAB met on 3/13/2017 for their Board Meeting and to discuss <br />the application. Staff received a letter of recommendation on <br />3/15/17 from the Clerk of the BHRAB recommending <br />appointment of Ms. Boudreau. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Appoint Ms. Boudreau for a 3 year term, effective immediately <br />and expiring on 12/31/2019. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Staff to notify Ms. Boudreau and the Clerk of the Behavioral <br />Health & Recovery Advisory Board, as well as update Boards and <br />Committees website. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Application from Ms. Wings <br /> Letter of Recommendation <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II
