ACTION REQUESTED:
Consent to lease and approve resolution doing so.
BACKGROUND:
CWU purchased a building at the County's airport as part of an agreement on November 8, 2016. That
agreement also provided for a lease assignment and so provided that any subsequent assignment related to
the agreement needed consent of all the parties. CWU desires to lease a building it purchased as part of that
agreement. Even though the County has no legal interest in the premises being leased, to be on the safe side,
CWU is asking for the County's consent to the lease. There is no reason not to give such consent.

RECOMMENDATION:
Consent to lease and approve resolution doing so.
