AGENDA DATE: <br />6/7/2016 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to approve the Interagency <br />Agreement #16-81 for Youth Marijuana Prevention Education Program. (Effective dates: May <br />10, 2016-June 30, 2016) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Interagency Agreement is entered into between Walla Walla County Department of <br />Community Health and Kittitas County that provides a mechanism for the completion of <br />deliverables and transfer of funds necessary to complete a needs assessment for Kittitas County. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors Office: Reviewed and approved on May 19, 2016 <br />Kittitas County Auditor's Office: Reviewed and approved May 31, 2016. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to approve the Interagency <br />Agreement #16-81 for Youth Marijuana Prevention Education Program.
