ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ approves the PSA between KVH and Kittitas County
Public Health. (Referral for TB X-rays) (Effective dates: Upon Execution to 1 year from date of
signature)
BACKGROUND:
The Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County (KCPHD) and Kittitas Valley
Healthcare (KVH) is an agreement entered into that allows the health department to send clients
to KVH for screening x-rays. The agreement includes a set fee for these services.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 26, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 27, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ approves the PSA between KVH and Kittitas County
Public Health. (Referral for TB X-rays) (Effective dates: Upon Execution to 1 year from date of
signature)
