(Referral for TB X-rays) (Effective dates: Upon Execution to 1 year from date of <br />signature) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County (KCPHD) and Kittitas Valley <br />Healthcare (KVH) is an agreement entered into that allows the health department to send clients <br />to KVH for screening x-rays. The agreement includes a set fee for these services. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 26, 2018. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 27, 2018. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ approves the PSA between KVH and Kittitas County <br />Public Health.
