ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Administrator of the
Kittitas County Public Health Department on the MOU between Ellensburg School District and
Network Partners.
BACKGROUND:
The MOU between the Ellensburg School District 401 (ESD401) and Network Partners is
established in the event that ESD 401 is awarded and “Enhancement and Expansion of Treatment
and Recovery Service for Adolescents, Transitional Aged Youth, and their Families” grant by
the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The Network Providers agree
to:
Coordinate with ESD 401 Youth Service/Recovery Support Coordinator and Family
Coordinator to provide criminal justice, education, employment, family support, housing,
mental health, primary care, recovery support, and/or other services to adolescents,
transitional aged youth, and their families with substance use disorders and/or co-
occurring substance use and mental health disorders

Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 26, 2018.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 27, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Administrator of the
Kittitas County Public Health Department on the MOU between Ellensburg School District and
Network Partners.
