AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: April 3, 2018
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Amendment to Professional Services
Agreement between Kittitas County and FCI Custom Cars.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas
County Sheriff’s Office and FCI Custom Cars is to update and continue the agreement
until December 31, 2018 and extend the agreement for additional one year terms upon
mutual agreement of both parties in writing.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Amendment to Professional Services
Agreement between Kittitas County and FCI Custom Cars.
HANDLING: Please return one fully executed copy to the Kittitas County Sheriff’s
Office for the vendor’s records.
