ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the
MOU between Kittitas County and Walter Strom Middle School. (Effective dates: June 1, 2016-December
31, 2019)
BACKGROUND:
The MOU is established for utilization by Kittitas County Public Health of the premises of Walter Strom
Middle School (Community Point of Distribution) in Kittitas County for the distribution of medical
countermeasure materials during an emergency, disaster, or matters of general concern to the public.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office: Reviewed and approved on May 19, 2016
Kittitas County Auditor's Office: Reviewed and approved on May 31, 2016
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the
MOU between Kittitas County and Walter Strom Middle School. (Effective dates: June 1, 2016-December
31, 2019)
HANDLING:
Please notify the Auditor's Office when approved.
