Kittitas County <br />Public Health Office <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />6/7/2016 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the DSHS DDA Amendment for county services. (Effective <br />Dates: April 18, 2016-June 30, 2016) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The amendment to the contract between the State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services <br />and Kittitas County is established to increase the original contract amount $689,190.00 by $49,751.00. The <br />new contract total maximum is $738,941.00. The agreement allows the county to provide services and allow <br />staff to administer DD services within the county as set in the agreement. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office: Reviewed and approved on May 4, 2016 <br />Kittitas County Auditor's Office: Reviewed and approved on May 16, 2016 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the DSHS DDA Amendment for county services.
