ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the DSHS DDA Amendment for county services. (Effective
Dates: April 18, 2016-June 30, 2016)
BACKGROUND:
The amendment to the contract between the State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services
and Kittitas County is established to increase the original contract amount $689,190.00 by $49,751.00. The
new contract total maximum is $738,941.00. The agreement allows the county to provide services and allow
staff to administer DD services within the county as set in the agreement.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office: Reviewed and approved on May 4, 2016
Kittitas County Auditor's Office: Reviewed and approved on May 16, 2016
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the DSHS DDA Amendment for county services. (Effective
Dates: April 18, 2016-June 30, 2016)

Please return two completed agreements to the public health department.
