ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Professional Services Agreement Amendment between
Kittitas County and Elmview. (Effective Dates: Upon Signature through June 30, 2016)
BACKGROUND:
The Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Elmview to amend the increase dollar
amount by $23,356.00 for a new total contract amount of $574,676.00. The agreement outlines the county's
responsibilities as outlined in the original contract.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office: Reviewed and approved on May 4, 2016
Kittitas County Auditor's Office: Reviewed and approved on May 16, 2016
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the Professional Services Agreement Amendment between
Kittitas County and Elmview. (Effective Dates: Upon Signature through June 30, 2016)
