Oh no, the new application says "NO security". I believe the first application had security listed as "yes" but did
not provide a company. It would be good to discuss.

I would imagine everything from the last one carries over. Just was updating the fact that they are not doing
vantage. But I can understand the need to follow up on that. We need to have support showing that is the

The new application shows no security. I called Mr. Jessup with my concerns over a 400 person brew fest with
no security to monitor underage drinking, over service and alcohol related issues. He assured me that they
have enough event staff to handle this and that it is inside a new secure at SunCadia that they can control. I
assured him that if the liquor control stops by and there are problems, they could be shut down and lose their
license. ( I can only suggest a trained bouncer or private security to reduce the possibility of alcohol related
problems and the increased liability that it brings.) Sheriff Gene Dana

Sorry for the delay. We have decided to cancel the Long Course Triathlon and Duathlon portion of our event.
We just didn't have the participation numbers we were hoping for.

County has implemented an Admissions Tax as of the first of the year. Also I need in writing and didn't seem to
find it in your materials a request for a waiver for the Penal Bond AND also I need to know the time your
events are scheduled to end. Pending that information I may need you to request a noise ordinance waiver.
