I recommend approving the event application contingent on the following: 1) Organizers to provide the Sheriff s Office with the name and contact information for the security company handling the event. 2) Insure that the cities impacted (Ellensburg, Cle Elum and Roslyn) have approved the traffic plans through their jurisdictions. 3) Insure that the Washington Department of Transportation has approved of traffic control plans on the State Highways being utilized. 4) Insure that the Grant County PUD has approved of any closure of the Vantage Boat Launch during the event. 5) All support persons, bicyclists and runners obey the laws and "the rules of the road".
