ACTION REQUESTED: Deny Claim of Puget Sound Energy.
BACKGROUND: The claimant, Puget Sound Energy (“PSE”), submitted a claim for
damages allegedly caused by the Kittitas County PUD. Kittitas
County Claim #201605040003.
INTERACTION: None. The Kittitas County PUD is not a part of the Kittitas County
government. As such, Kittitas County is not responsible for any
damages allegedly caused by the Kittitas County PUD.
RECOMMENDATION: Deny Kittitas County Claim #201605040003.
