The proposal does not include any changes or modifications in the <br />approved plat, and only proposes that development occur in phases. Staff requests <br />that the Commissioners set an open public hearing to consider the submitted proposal <br />to May 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m at the Kittitas County Courthouse Auditorium.
