AGENDA DATE: May 3, 2016
ACTION REQUESTED: Set a Public Hearing to Consider a Proposed Development Agreement to Phase
Completion of the Final Palomino Fields Subdivision
BACKGROUND: Applicant Pat Deneen of Cle Elum Pines West, LLC & Cle Elum Pines East, LLC
has made application to approve a Development Agreement to construct and finalize
the Palomino Fields subdivision approved by the Kittitas County Board of County
Commissioners on November 18, 2008 for the creation of 120 lots on a 120.8 acre
area of land. The proposal does not include any changes or modifications in the
approved plat, and only proposes that development occur in phases. Staff requests
that the Commissioners set an open public hearing to consider the submitted proposal
to May 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m at the Kittitas County Courthouse Auditorium. More
detailed report and submittal of the proposed final plan will be submitted to the
Commissioners for their review once the open public hearing is set.
