ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the signature of the Kittitas County Public
Administrator on the Washington State Department of Health Immunization Program
Agreement. (Effective dates: May 1, 2016- April 30, 2017)
BACKGROUND:
The Washington State Department of Health Immunization Program agreement provides
guidelines the health department must follow in order to participate in the Vaccine for Children
Program (VFC).
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on April 18, 2016.
Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on April 25, 2016.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the signature of the Kittitas County Public
Administrator on the Washington State Department of Health Immunization Program
Agreement. (Effective dates: May 1, 2016- April 30, 2017)
