Kittitas County <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Agenda Date: April 19, 2016 <br /> <br />Action Requested: Request approval of Resolution changing the purpose of the fund set aside for <br />Leasing Water from the City of Roslyn <br /> <br />Background: <br />By Resolution 2014-88, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) created fund <br />number 126 (called Leased Water Fund) for the purpose of funding the lease of <br />water rights from the City of Roslyn. <br /> <br />The money remains in fund number 126 that the BOCC wishes to use to fund <br />the work by Aspect Consulting to prepare a report of examination, as well as <br />expenses incurred by the Health Department is that effort. <br /> <br />We request to amend Resolution 2014-88 is hereby amended to add funding of <br />expenses by Aspect Consulting and the Health Department related to preparation <br />of the report of examination as appropriate expenses to be funded by fund number <br />126 and to rename it to Water Program fund. <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Request the Board approve the Resolution changing the purpose of the fund <br />set aside for Leasing Water from the City of Roslyn <br /> <br />Interaction: Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor <br /> <br />Handling: Copy to Judy Pless <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments: Resolution changing the purpose of the Fund <br /> <br />Lead Staff Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager <br /> Kittitas County Auditor’s Office <br /> <br />
