A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT FOR SHADY ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK
WHEREAS,The Bartons wish to sell the Shady Acres Mobile Home Park; and
WHEREAS,the County desires to purchase the Shady Acres Mobile Home Park; and
WHEREAS,the parties have negotiated a sale of said property with terms acceptable to each; and
WHEREAS,the attached Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement accurately reflects the agreed-upon terms and conditions of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to execute the attached Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement and make the associated earnest money
payment.
