Execute Resolution authorizing execution of Real estate purchase and sale agreement for Shady Acres
Mobile Home Park.
BACKGROUND:
The County and sellers have negotiated acceptable terms for the sale of the Shady Acres Mobile Home Park.
Such terms are memorialized in the attache purchase and sale agreement.
