ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ approves the Agreement between Badger Meter Beacon AMA
Managed Solution Master Agreement (Data Management). (Effective dates: Upon signature with end date
upon 30 days written notice)
BACKGROUND:
The agreement between General Pacific and Kittitas County is established for the data management of the
meter program. The agreement includes services, processes and procedures, and fee structure.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 25, 2016.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on April 15, 2016.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ approves the Agreement between Badger Meter Beacon AMA
Managed Solution Master Agreement (Data Management). (Effective dates: Upon signature with end date
upon 30 days written notice)
HANDLING:
Clerk of the Board send notice of approval to the Auditor’s Office.
