ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve Resolution and Order regarding McDowell appeal of McDonald ACUP.
BACKGROUND:
CDS issued an ACUP to McDonald for a marijuana-related activity. McDowell appealed both the SEPA
determination and the issuance of the ACUP. The BOCC denied the SEPA appeal and affirmed the ACUP
appeal and rescinded the ACUP.
INTERACTION:
None.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Resolution and Order regarding McDowell appeal of McDonald ACUP.
