Notice is hereby given that Kittitas County, Washington claims a lien pursuant to RCW
43.185C.130(2). In siipport'ofthis lien the following -information is submitted:
I . 'NAME OF LIEN CLAIMANT: Kittitas County
ADDRESS: 205 W 5th Ave, Ellensburg
2. This Claim of Lien is for the purpose of securing performance of each agreement of the Debtor
contained in all documentation related to the Debtor's receipt of Homeless Housing Program Grant Funds,
and payment of the sum of k_1,101.60_____, or such sum as is described herein as follows:
If Debtor occupied: In the event the Debtor sells the premises within twenty-five (25) years of Aug. 14,
2014 , the date the weatherization work is completed, the Debtor shall repay the Claimant at the
date of sale a total of $ 1,101.60 , which is equal to the total amount of Homeless
Housing Program Grant Funds expended on the project. The Property Owner/Debtor shall immediately,

upon entering into a non -contingent agreement of sale of the premises, so inform both HopeSource and
Kittitas County by written notice.
If a rental home: During a period extending through twenty-five (25) years following n/a , the
date of completion of the weatherization work, the Property Owner/Debtor shall maintain the property as
low income housing as defined by the then current HUD User Affordable Housing Rate. ("HUD User
Affordable Housing" is defined as housing where the household income is at or below the current 80%
AMI (Area Median Income). Rent must not exceed 30% of income at the 80% AMI income level). In the
event the property is sold or not maintained as low income Affordable Housing as described above, the
Property Owner/Debtor will immediately repay Kittitas County the total of $ Na_
which is equal to the total amount of Homeless Housing Program Grant Funds expended on the project.
The Property Owner/Debtor shall immediately, upon raising the rent above the limits set in this document,
so inform both HopeSource and Kittitas County by written notice.
