AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: April 5, 2016
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement
between Northwest Assessment Service, PLLC and Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office.
BACKGROUND: This Agreement is between Kittitas County and Northwest
Assessment Service, PLLC for conducting psychological evaluations, conduct interviews
of applicants for employment or reserve service, prepare and convey reports of
psychological findings and applicant evaluations for the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement
between Northwest Assessment Service, PLLC and Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office.
HANDLING: Return one signed original agreement to the Sheriff’s Office. Upon
signature of certificate of liability insurance form, the Sheriff’s Office will return a copy
to the BOCC.
