KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 5, 2016 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement <br />between Northwest Assessment Service, PLLC and Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This Agreement is between Kittitas County and Northwest <br />Assessment Service, PLLC for conducting psychological evaluations, conduct interviews <br />of applicants for employment or reserve service, prepare and convey reports of <br />psychological findings and applicant evaluations for the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement <br />between Northwest Assessment Service, PLLC and Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return one signed original agreement to the Sheriff’s Office. Upon <br />signature of certificate of liability insurance form, the Sheriff’s Office will return a copy <br />to the BOCC. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
