AGENDA DATE: April 5, 2016
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Resolution Authorizing an Addendum to
Professional Services Agreement with CC Consulting.
BACKGROUND: Staff received a proposed Addendum to the Professional
Services Agreement with CC Consulting.
INTERACTION: Staff was directed to get Prosecutor review (SR#32786).
Mr. Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor drafted a Resolution
and a PSA to attach to the provided Addendum from CC
Consulting.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution and PSA drafted by the Prosecutor.
HANDLING: 1 – Clerk of the Board
1 – CC Consulting
