KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: 4-5-2016 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Amendment to the agreement for the removal and recycling of lead <br />batteries form the Kittitas County Transfer Station <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County had a contract with Battery Systems Inc. as to which <br />notice of intent to terminate the contract or enter negotiate a price <br />change was provided on February 22nd 2016.
