KITTITAS COUNTY <br />TREASURER’S OFFICE <br /> <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA SESSION: April 5, 2016 <br /> <br />RE: Request to Set a Public Hearing to consider Applications for Resale of Tax Title Properties <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Treasurer’s Office has received two completed applications for the resale of tax title properties. One application for parcel #669433 and one application <br />for parcels #222934, #232934, #242934, #252934, #022934 and #012934. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Treasurer met with the Board of County Commissioners on March 7th, 2016 and during that meeting discussed these applications.
