AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: March 15, 2016
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a public hearing to modify Title 20 of Kittitas County Code to bring it up
to date and into compliance with the changes made to Title 12.
BACKGROUND: Public Works Road Standards. Title 12, were updated and became effective in January of
this year. Changes to Chapter 20 need to be made to ensure code consistency.
INTERACTION: The Board of County Commissioners and the Fire Marshal’s Office
RECOMMENDATION: Set Public Hearing for Tuesday, April 5, 2016.
