ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Services Agreement between
Kittitas County and the Trellis Center. (Effective dates: January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016)
BACKGROUND:
The Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and the Trellis Center outlines
contractor’s scope of work. The agreement is established with the Trellis Center so they can
provide a coordinated and comprehensive local program of services for persons with
developmental disabilities.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s
Office on February 22, 2016.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County Auditor’s
Office on March 2, 2016.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Services Agreement between
Kittitas County and the Trellis Center. (Effective dates: January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016)
HANDLING:
The Clerk of the Board notifies the Auditor’s Office of approval and return on signed agreement
to public health.
