The Kittitas County Fair Board has appointed Jarred Fudacz and Bret Hollar to the two midterm
openings left by retiring Directors Haberman and Boyum. Bret has extensive experience with 4-H and
has been a Superintendent with Entertainment for several years. Jarred has also been a Superintendent
and was involved in the 4-H Program throughout his public school years.
There is one other opening left by Chelsea Hajny's expired term. The Kittitas County Fair Board
would like to recommend to the BOCC that they appoint Kristina Paquette. Kristina has a background
with commercial activities and is employed at CWU. While attending CWU Kristina worked three
summers in the Fair Office.
We are pleased with these applicants and are excited to see what each of them bring to the
table. We did interview all applicants and have spoken with Jarred and Bret about their appointments.
Kristina has been notified that she has been recommended.
We sincerely hope that you agree with our recommendation and appoint Kristina at your
earliest opportunity.
