ACTION REQUESTED:
Request to approve a contract for collection services between Lower Kittitas County District Court and
Dynamic Collectors, Inc.
BACKGROUND:
The court is contracting with Dynamic Collectors, Inc. in an effort to hopefully recoup more outstanding
revenue existing from assessed restitution, court fines, and fees.
INTERACTION:
The Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved contract as to form. Human Resources has reviewed
and approved the certificate of liability insurance attached.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the new contract for collection services between Lower Kittitas County District Court and
Dynamic Collectors, Inc.
