AGENDA DATE: March 1, 2016
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve setting a Hearing to consider the remand of the
original Administrative Decision for McDonald
Conditional Use File Number CU-14-00005.
BACKGROUND: Staff was directed to set a Hearing to consider the remand
of the original administrative decision for McDonald
Conditional Use – File Number CU-14-00005. Planning
Official/Interim Planning Director, Doc Hansen has
provided his response to the Board of County
Commissioners relating to the remand.
INTERACTION: The Commissioner’s office has checked with Staff,
Attorney Jeff Slothower and Attorney Anne van Leynseele
regarding the proposed hearing date.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve setting a Hearing for Tuesday March 15, 2016 at
2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium and to
authorize the Clerk to publish said notice.
