ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the
Interagency Agreement Amendment 1 between Grant County and Kittitas County Public Health
Department. (Effective dates: January 1, 2015 through September 29, 2018)
BACKGROUND:
The Interagency Agreement Amendment 1 between Grant County and Kittitas County Public Health
Department increases the original grant amount and extends agreement until September 2018. The
agreement establishes collaborative work for Healthy Communities, Obesity, Diabetes, Heart Disease and
the Stroke Prevention programs.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office on
February 2, 2016.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County Auditor’s Office on
February 11, 2016.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Interagency Agreement Amendment 1 between Grant County and Kittitas County Public Health
Department increases the original grant amount and extends agreement until September 2018. The
agreement establishes collaborative work for Healthy Communities, Obesity, Diabetes, Heart Disease and
the Stroke Prevention programs.
HANDLING:
Clerk of the Board send notice of approval to the Auditor’s Office.
