Memorandum of Understanding
Before the performance of the Kittitas County's accountability audit, the County requested
additional work at the Treasurer's Office. The additional resources encompassed approximately
55 hours of work translating to an increased audit cost of $4,873 to the County.
During the accountability audit, the State Auditor's Office incurred additional 26 travel hours
than estimated resulting in an increased audit cost of $2,304.
By signing below, the County representative agrees to the increase in audit costs based on the
reasons stated above.
