ACTION: To sign Digital Submittal Certification — County Road Administration Board For
2016 Road Levy Certification

BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Assessor provided the Department of Public Works with the
Certification of the 2016 Road Levy And Estimated Revenue Produced (WAC
136-150-021).
The County Road Administration Board requires that the attached Digital
Submittal Certification Form be signed by the County Engineer and the Chairman
of the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners indicating acceptance of the 2016
Road Levy and Estimated Revenue Produced as provided by the County
Assessor.
INTERACTION: Internal
REQUEST: It is requested that the Chairman of the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners
sign the Digital Submittal Certification — County Road Administration Board for
2016 Road Levy Certification.
Note: CRAB has changed their submittal process. Upon signing, an original
Digital Submittal Certification will be mailed to CRAB. An electronic copy of the
Certification of the 2016 Road Levy and Estimated Revenue Produced will be
sent to CRAB by the Public Works.

Note: WAC 136-150-021 provides that "The CRABoard will request that every county legislative authority submit a certification
showing the amount of the road levy fixed and the amount, if any, budgeted in accordance with RCW 36.33.220 for traffic law
enforcement and/or any other purpose from diverted road levy no later than February 1st of each year".
