AGENDA DATE: February 16, 2016
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the Equitable Sharing Agreement
and Certification form for FY2015.
BACKGROUND: In 2007 the Sheriff’s Office signed an agreement with the U.S.
Department of Justice to be a part of the Federal Equitable Sharing Program. In addition
to this program an Annual Certification report needs to be completed and submitted to
U.S. Department of Justice.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and signed the
Grant & Contract Agreement form.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the Equitable Sharing Agreement
and Certification form for FY2015.
HANDLING: No handling.
