AGENDA DATE:
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve Agreement Number 1563-43842 -1, a Contract
between Kittitas County and the Department of Social and Health
Services, Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery
BACKGROUND: This is an amendment to the Program Agreement between Kittitas
County and the State of Washington Department of Social and Health
Services for the period of July 1, 2015 – March 31, 2016. The purpose
of the amendment is to update the contract with required state
language. No county general funds are involved.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office and the Auditors office have reviewed the
proposed contract.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve Program Agreement Number 1563-43842 -1 between
Kittitas County and the State of Washington Department of Social
and Health Services in the amount of $219,646.00.
HANDLING: (8) copies – Clerk of the Board
(2) copies – sign and return to ADDS
