KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: February 2, 2016 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards approval to advertise for On Call Electrical <br />Contractor <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Maintenance is responsible for the maintenance and <br />repairs on all county buildings. At times these repairs require an <br />electrical contractor and where timing is important and the size of the <br />project is as such that the normal bid process would not be practical. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed the proposed call for bids. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve a request to advertise the call for bids for an On Call <br />Electrical contractor. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Copy – Auditor <br /> Copy – Maintenance <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Request for Proposals for On Call Electrical Contractor <br /> Advertisement <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Johnson <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
