ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Boards approval of Resolution for Sole Source purchase of locks from Western Detention.
BACKGROUND:
Do to age and normal usage many of the control box locks have reached their end of life and need to be
replaced before failure. The nature of the facility being a secure facility and matching the keying system the
lock need to be purchased through Western Detention.
INTERACTION:
RECOMMENDATION:
At this time I recommend Boards signature on the Resolution for Sole Source purchase of replacement locks
for the Jail.
HANDLING:
Return one signed copy.
