ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Agreement between General Pacific and Kittitas
County for the Purchase of Water Meter Reading Equipment and Software. (Effective dates: February 2,
2016 with end date upon 30 days written notice)
BACKGROUND:
The agreement between General Pacific and Kittitas County is entered into by both parties and clarifies the
scope of work and payment terms for General Pacific. General Pacific shall furnish all labor, materials,
supplies, equipment, tools, transportation and all other items of expenses in accordance with the terms and
conditions of this agreement. Further clarification of work and payment terms are documented in the
agreement and attachments provided.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 20, 2016.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 22, 2016.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Agreement between General Pacific and Kittitas
County for the Purchase of Water Meter Reading Equipment and Software. (Effective dates: February 2,
2016 with end date upon 30 days written notice)
HANDLING:
Please send a copy of the completed agreement to public health when signed and send notice to Auditor's
Office when approved.
