ACTION REQUESTED:
Request the Board of County Commissioners to sign the Shredding Service Agreement
#14668573Addendum #01062016 with Secure Shred.
BACKGROUND:
Several County departments are contracting with Secure Shred to do our shredding. The current
rate these departments are paying is $16.00 per container. The first of 2015 the state bid changed
to a different company and the price was $4.00 per container. In conversing with Secure Shred,
they said they would honor that price, as it was a lot of work to collect and remove the bins.
This contact is for the $4.00 bin.
This addendum is adding additional department locations from the original agreement that was
signed September 15th, 2015
This addendum is adding Solid Waste as an additional department

Recommend the Board approve and sign the addendum #01062016 with Secure Shred.
