AGENDA ITEM STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: January 19, 2016
ACTION REQUESTED: Schedule a public hearing on February 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm to consider
equipment surplus to Kittitas County's needs and authorize disposal of
same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080.
BACKGROUND: The following equipment is surplus to the county's needs:
E.R.R. #710 2008 Konica Minolta Bizhub C550
Serial No. A00J010006644
The Department of Public Works requests that a public hearing be held on February 2, 2016
at 2:00pm to declare the above listed equipment surplus to the county's needs and authorize
disposal of same. These items have been replaced with newer units authorized in the 2015
Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund Budget. The Department of Public Works plans to
surplus the equipment in accordance with RCW 36.34.080.
RECOMMENDATION: Set a public hearing to consider equipment surplus to the county's needs and
authorize disposal of same.

The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 in the
Commissioners' Auditorium, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, Washington to consider declaring
the following equipment surplus to the county's needs:
