KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA ITEM STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: January 19, 2016 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Schedule a public hearing on February 2, 2016 at 2:00 pm to consider <br />equipment surplus to Kittitas County's needs and authorize disposal of <br />same in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br />BACKGROUND: The following equipment is surplus to the county's needs: <br />E.R.R. #710 2008 Konica Minolta Bizhub C550 <br />Serial No. A00J010006644 <br />The Department of Public Works requests that a public hearing be held on February 2, 2016 <br />at 2:00pm to declare the above listed equipment surplus to the county's needs and authorize <br />disposal of same. These items have been replaced with newer units authorized in the 2015 <br />Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund Budget. The Department of Public Works plans to <br />surplus the equipment in accordance with RCW 36.34.080. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set a public hearing to consider equipment surplus to the county's needs and <br />authorize disposal of same. <br />HANDLING: <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Department of Public Works <br />Notice of Public Hearing <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
