AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: January 19, 2016
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the City of Cle Elum, Washington and
the County of Kittitas, Washington for the Housing of Inmates for the
Year 2016.
BACKGROUND: This Interlocal Agreement is between City of Cle Elum and Kittitas
County for the Housing of Inmates from January 1, 2016 – December
31, 2016.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and signed the Interlocal
Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the City of Cle Elum, Washington and
the County of Kittitas, Washington for the Housing of Inmates for the
Year 2016.
HANDLING: Return one signed original to the Sheriff’s Office
ATTACHMENTS: Resolution and Interlocal Agreement
