AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: January 19, 2016
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Health Services Agreement for year
2015-2016 between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and Central Washington
Comprehensive Mental Health.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between the Kittitas Sheriff's Office and Central
Washington Comprehensive Mental Health. The provider will supply a qualified
Practitioner who will provide Mental Health related medical assessment and treatment to
inmates of the Kittitas County Corrections Center.
INTERACTION: This Agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County
Prosecutor's Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Health Services Agreement for year
2015-2016 between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and Central Washington
Comprehensive Mental Health.
HANDLING: Return two signed originals to the Sheriff s Office.
