ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the agreement between Kittitas County Public
Health and Community Health of Central Washington. (Effective dates: January 1, 2016-
September 30, 2016)
BACKGROUND:
The Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County Public Health and Community
Health of Central Washington is established so that Community Health of Central may provide
services for the Children with Special Health Care Needs program which is a part of the
Maternal Child Health Block Grant.
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on December 22, 2015.
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on December 31, 2015.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the agreement between Kittitas County Public
Health and Community Health of Central Washington. (Effective dates: January 1, 2016-
September 30, 2016)
HANDLING:
Clerk of the board send notice of approval to the Kittitas County Auditors’ office.
